Think of our products like magic- we take the freshest ingredients- the best veggies, the aromatic spices- and freeze them solid. Then, we gently remove all the ice through a process called sublimation, leaving behind a lightweight, nutrient-packed version of your favorite dishes and they are even customized! Amazing right? Just add hot water, and you have your home with you. It’s like having a mini kitchen in your pocket.
We have different dishes to make you feel at home: Dal Fry, Dal Khichdi, and yes, everyone’s beloved Rajma! The idea was to make it easy. A taste of home, anytime, anywhere. When we started dreaming bigger, we wondered, could even an astronaut use “Made It Easy”? If Sunita Williams, up there in the International Space Station, craved a taste of home, could we provide it to her? The thought was thrilling! We started researching more and more, the challenges that would come up, the need for longer shelf life, etc.
